做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
