做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
