做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。
